Before a marriage ceremony is performed I personally require that the bride and groom sit down with
me and read the following document. I require that each person understand what is written and agree to abide by it's contents
as per their signature. Also, it must be evident that each person is able to marry without being in an adulterous relationship.
If you want me to perform your marriage ceremony, this is what has to take place before I will consider it. If you do not
want to abide by these rules, there are others such as judges that will not require you to believe in God or the Bible.
However, please remember that marriage is a God created and ordained relationship and you will still be amenable to God's
laws.
